No Vapes: “I Can Quit”

The California Tobacco Control Program partnered with Denzel Curry to share resources for people who are quitting tobacco products.

The Campaign: No Vapes

The California Tobacco Control Program (CTCP) has helped nearly one million Californians quit using tobacco products. The No Vapes program offers resources and assistance via text, chat, phone, and both iOS & Android apps.

Denzel Curry partnered with the No Vapes “I Can Quit” campaign to spread the word about the resources available to help Californians who are quitting using tobacco products. Watch the video below to see Denzel talk about helping his friend *(and booking agent) stop vaping and share how other people can support friends who are quitting.

Get to Know Denzel Curry

Miami-area rapper Denzel Curry balances rhymes packed with intense, introspective content and an evolving production palette that draws on hazy cloud rap and classic hip-hop song craft. After issuing a series of well-received mixtapes in the early 2010s, he made his official studio debut while he was still in high school with 2013's underground favorite Nostalgic 64. In 2018, he reached number 28 on the Billboard 200 chart with his major-label debut, Ta13oo. Since then, Denzel Curry has released two more full albums and had a viral hit with his cover of “Bulls on Parade.”
