McDonald's is partnering with R&B artist thuy to showcase the McDonald’s app and reward program.
This campaign features rising R&B star thuy and her hit-worthy single “in my bag.” In a series of branded videos, thuy shares what’s in her McDonald’s bag.

Raised with a rich Vietnamese heritage, thuy treasured pop royalty Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, and at 9, knew she wanted to be a pop star. However, with no idols to look up to who looked like her, thuy scrapped her musical pursuits for a career in medicine. After a few lackluster years in the medical field followed by a chance visit to a studio, thuy finally saw what a professional career in music could look like, and in no short time, recorded “Hands on Me".
Since then, thuy has released several records showcasing her angelic vocals, skillful songwriting, and modern R&B stylings. Having garnered support from Billboard, Paper, NBC, Lyrical Lemonade, Flaunt, Earmilk, and more, thuy is already setting herself apart in today's pop R&B scene.
thuy hopes that her music continues to inspire confidence in others and to be a voice for those who want to feel seen.
