By participating in this Promotion in any way, whether or not you receive a prize, you agree that the Sponsor, participating Artist(s), and the Social Media Sites, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released and held harmless from, any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to your participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize.
