Role Description

The Account Manager, Client Partnerships will have the exciting challenge of supporting the growth and development of the client services team and process to drive client satisfaction and fulfill deliverables for all client campaigns revolving around consumer brand and music artist partnerships, including experiential concerts, social media, audio and video, landing pages and more.

Responsibilities

  • Support growth and development of client campaigns

  • Improve client success procedures and communications

  • Work cross-functionally to align on campaign execution and client requirements

  • Ensure campaigns and creative meet brand guidelines

  • Coordinate with sales exec / internal teams on client reporting and renewals

  • Maintain client relationships; identify growth opportunities

  • Meet and exceed sales and business goals


Qualifications

The skills required to be considered for this position include:
  • 3-4 years managing large consumer brands & agencies

  • Experience managing day to day communications with clients

  • Proven agency client services management & success

  • Media, digital, content, influencer marketing experience

  • Multicultural marketing & communications experience

  • Agency experience preferred
